I am discovering many benefits of having a complete, yet also a simple daily routine. Loving it more each day.

Morning

  • Tidying up my room (let’s me start the day with a fresh mind)
  • Stretching, 3–4 days a week running
  • Meditation
  • A well prepared breakfast with the new coffee beans I’m trying this time

Midday

  • Start working on the first item on the To-Do list
  • Take a break
  • Continue working on the To-Do list
  • Take a break
  • Repeat

Evening

  • Stop doing any kind of work (unless it’s REALLY urgent)
  • Write down the To-Do list for the following day
  • Practice gratitude

Pick a couple of things from the following

  • Meeting with friends
  • Netflix, Youtube, Discord, Medium, Spotify
  • Reading a book
  • Journaling
  • Time with flatmates
  • Time in Nature: cycling, walking, running
  • Ukulele
